Domestic (India only)    

1. We generally dispatch orders within 7-8 working days unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
2. Deliveries are dependent upon shipping partners & the location of the delivery thereon. It takes between 1-7 days to reach a customer’s location “after” dispatch. In Metro cities normally the package gets delivered within 1-2 business days.

Exceptions can be during peak festive season or restricted & remote locations. Please do reach out to us in case of any urgency so we can review possibilities to expedite.

International

1. All Orders accepted for international addresses are Pre-Paid only.
2. Free Global Shipping.
3. Custom Duty: Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer (Our IE Code is CNKPS0061A)
4. Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 7 – 14 business days. Unless otherwise explicitly mentioned in the product details.
5. Transit Time / Delivery: Orders are generally in transit for 7 – 22 business days. the actual transit time may vary significantly depending on the local courier responsible for delivering the order to your door-step. 
6. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at support@chicnpert.com within 2 hours of placing an order.

Dispatch

Post shipment, you will receive an auto-generated email which will have details of the items which have been shipped, along with the tracking information.

Alternatively, you may also find the tracking information updated in the ‘My Account’ section. 

Delivery

We deliver orders within 7 – 15 Business Days (Anywhere Globally).

However, for custom fitted garments, this may increase in case of measurement confirmation delay from the customer.

Insurance

All our shipments are insured. In case the parcel is lost in transit due to some unforeseen circumstances, we replace the order or refund the amount – upon your request.

To ensure the safety of your order, we use trusted courier services like DHL, FedEx.

Custom Duty

Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer. Custom Duty is something that is over and above the shipping cost. They are charges for import tax of goods levied by the customs authorities of the importing country.

Every time when an item crosses an international border, it is subject to these charges by the importing country rules and regulations. They may vary according to the rules of different countries depending on the item, item value, quantity, end-use, materials or methods used to make the item, and is solely at the discretion of the duty officer.
