This policy applies to two types of products:

  • Digital Products – Software downloads, licenses, or subscriptions

  • Physical Products – Tangible items such as computer accessories (keyboards, mice, cables, adapters, etc.)

Our digital products are delivered electronically. Once a license key, subscription, or software download has been delivered, it is considered used and generally non-refundable. However, we may offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Purchase You accidentally purchased the same product more than once. 

  • Non-Delivery (no license/access after 24 hours and support cannot resolve)

  • Technical Issues not resolved within 7 business days

  • Unintended Subscription Renewal, reported within 7 days and unused

❌ Not Eligible for Refund (Digital Products)

  • Change of mind

  • System incompatibility (if requirements were clearly stated)

  • Late requests (after refund window)

  • Non-use or forgetting to cancel a subscription

We accept returns for physical items if the request meets the following conditions:

  • Damaged or defective on arrival, Video evidence is required. Video must be uncut. 

  • Wrong item received,  Video evidence is required. Video must be uncut. 

  • Unopened and unused item returned within 14 days, Video evidence is required. Video must be uncut. 

  • Item not as described,  Video evidence is required. Video must be uncut. 

❌ Not Eligible for Return/Refund (Physical Products)

  • Product damaged due to misuse or accident

  • Missing original packaging or accessories

  • Return request made after 14 days

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked)

  1. Email support@chicnpert.com with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions.

  3. Return the item in its original condition and packaging.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.


⏳ 4. Refund Request Window

  • Digital products: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

  • Physical products: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • For physical product returns, processing begins after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or contact our support team.


πŸ” 7. License Deactivation (Digital Products Only)

If you are granted a refund for a digital product, you agree to:

  • Stop using the software immediately

  • Uninstall and delete all copies

  • Cease use of any associated license keys

We reserve the right to deactivate licenses for refunded purchases.


⚠️ 8. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we may:

  • Suspend or terminate your account

  • Deactivate active licenses

  • Deny future purchases
