Digital Product Disclosure
1. All products sold on our website are digital software license keys delivered electronically via email or customer dashboard.
2. No physical product is shipped.
3. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You are purchasing a digital product.
- Delivery is considered completed once the license key is sent to your registered email or made available in your account.
- Digital products may not be eligible for return once delivered.
- We cannot cancel an order after the license key has been issued.
💻Refund Policy
Our digital products are delivered electronically. Once a license key, subscription, or software download has been delivered, it is considered used and generally non-refundable. However, we may offer refunds in the following cases:

- Duplicate Purchase You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
- Non-Delivery (no license/access after 24 hours and support cannot resolve)
- Technical Issues not resolved within 7 business days
- Unintended Subscription Renewal, reported within 7 days and unused

- Change of mind
- System incompatibility (if requirements were clearly stated)
- Late requests (after refund window)
- Non-use or forgetting to cancel a subscription

- Reason for return
- Screenshot (If product is non working)
- Wait for approval and return instructions.
- Return the item in its original condition and packaging.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.

If you are granted a refund for a digital product, you agree to:
- Stop using the software immediately
- Uninstall and delete all copies
- Cease use of any associated license keys
We reserve the right to deactivate licenses for refunded purchases.

- Suspend or terminate your account
- Deactivate active licenses
